Specific execution for HV-tests

Step 1:                   The vehicle will be prepared according to the customer specification.
Step 2:The rescue plan, protective measures at the facility and the building, fire safety and the release of the vehicle after the executed test will be prepared.
Step 3:Test execution
Step 4:After the test executions a specific follow-up will be done by ACTS employees, who are specially trained in dealing with electrical and hybrid vehicles and the transport and storage of those.

  • Dynamic intrusion

Measurement technique

Specially for the execution of HV-vehicle tests the following measurement technique is available:

Crash

  • HV-isolated channels for voltage / current measurement
  • Insulation resistance
  • CAN data
  • Digital contacts

Post crash (long-term recording)

  • Insulation monitors and display
  • Temperature and display
  • HV-isolated channels for voltage / current measurement
  • CAN data

Hand measurement

  • Insulation tester
  • Multimeter
  • Thermal imaging camera
